Intake Session (60 minutes) - $180

Individual Therapy Session (~50 minutes) - $160

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means if your insurance covers out-of-network expenses, you'll be able to submit a superbill for reimbursement each month. I am happy to answer any questions about this.

How can I check if my insurance covers out-of-network expenses?

I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking them the following questions:

1) What is covered for the initial intake session (CPT code 90791) and subsequent therapy sessions (CPT code 90837)?

2) Do I have a deductible I need to meet before my insurance starts to cover payment?

3) If so, how much of the deductible do I still have to meet for this year?​​

4) How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

What does it mean that you have a supervisor?

I meet with someone weekly to discuss the clients I am seeing to help ensure they are receiving quality care. My supervisor, Kristen, is bound to the same limits of confidentiality I am. Read more about Kristen here!

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. With the growing demand for therapy in our area, providing 24 hours' notice ensures I have time to fill your slot for someone in need.​

Do you offer sliding scale spots?

I offer a few sliding scale spots for those with financial need. They are not always available, but if you reach out and they are full, I am happy to put you on my waitlist or connect you with someone who may have spots available.​​​
