WHAT I HELP WITH

I support those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, and life transitions.

If there's something you'd like help with that I haven't listed, feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to provide a referral to someone who can help.

MY APPROACH

I use a mix of evidence-based practices, and have a warm, strengths-based approach.


Building a strong, trusting relationship is what's most important to me - one where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
